Section duties

Main duties of Autonomous Section for Administration of Wroclaw University Library are:

• administration and supply services of building;

• service of the Chancellery point;

• administering the electronic access control system and the key movement system in the building;

• coordinating and supervising the work of building's service teams;

• controlling the proper operation of systems and technical devices in the building;

• cooperation with the Technical Department of the University of Wrocław;

• administering the rental of conference rooms in the building.
